Chaired by architect and lecturer Stephen Mulhall who, together with a panel from a variety of disciplines (listed below), will explore the role of drawing within a local authority and the connections between fine art, architecture and engineering.

Stephen Mulhall is based in Dublin and runs nineteeneighty, a cross-disciplinary studio focused on architecture and design, film and research. His research interests include the relationship between time, art and architecture, architecture and the moving image, and spatial agency. Alongside his design work, Stephen is involved in writing and editing, teaching, exhibition-making and film-making.
